This 3 year programme is designed to provide professional training in the field of corporate administration. This multidisciplinary, integrated and practical programme will place graduates ahead in the practice. An experienced team of lecturers will provide guidance in the field.Graduate can be employed as Company Secretaries, Compliance Officers, Finance Officers, other management position and can be self-employed as professionals entrepreneurs.Hands-on and rigorous training especially for Company Secretarial Practice course and facilities like multimedia computer laboratory, simulation room for board meeting, library with online database and internet access are used in the course of training future corporate leaders.
Entry Requirements
Diploma from UiTM in Public Administration, Business Studies, Accounting and Banking with a CGPA of at least 2.50 or equivalent (exemptions may be granted for the 1st year of the programme).
OR
STPM with at least 3 principals and credits in Maths & English in SPM.
Recognition
- Recognized by JPA as an honours degree
- Graduates with relevant working experience are eligible for: - MACS membership (automatically qualify o act as company secretary) - License to act secretary from Companies Commission of Malaysia
- Exemptions in the ICSA-IQS examinations, only required to pass the last four (4) papers.

Introduction
The faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies, UiTM offers ICSA International Qualifying Scheme, Professional Part 2 (the last 4 papers) for graduates in related fields such as Corporate Administration, Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking and Law. Graduates are encouraged to pursue the additional value added qualification, ICSA to gain a competitive edge in the job market. This course is offered on both full-time and part time-basics.

The Institute Of Chartered Secretaries And Administration is the leading recognized professional body for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators throughout the world. Chartered Secretaries are qualified in company law, accounting, corporate governance, administration, company secretarial practice and management. The institute has 44,000 members and 28,000 in over countries.
Entry Requirement
Full Time
Related degree (Corporate Administration, Accountancy, Business Studies, Banking and Law) from recognized universities with minimum CGPA of 2.75 and must pass interview conducted by the faculty
OR
Part Time
Related degree Related degree (Corporate Administration, Accountancy, Business Studies, Banking and Law) with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and must pass interview conducted by the faculty

Qualifications and Exemption
Chartered Accountancy , Accounting and Corporate administration degree holders from recognized universities will be eligible for exemption from all the subjects in Professional Part 1
Law degree holders have to do two (2) subjects by Continuous Professional Education (CPE) seminars and assignments for Professional Part 1.
Corporate Law and Taxation
Business Studies, Finance and Banking degree holder have to do two (2) subjects be continuous Professional Education (CPE) seminars and assignments for Professional Part 1.
